1. Order
The placing of an order implies acceptance of our terms of delivery and payment. Since we manufacture one-off pieces by hand slight deviations from drawing or picture are possible.

2. Prices
The prices for weapons and armour include the currently applicable VAT The newest price-list invalidates all earlier price-lists.

3. Delivery
We are not subject to a delivery obligation. Since the pieces we supply are all hand-made, it is possible that delivery takes a long time. This gives no entitlement to compensatory damages.

4. Prospectus
Our brochure is correct to the best of our knowledge. Should any mistakes appear they do not justify a claim for damages.

5. Despatch
Carriage charges are borne by the customer; we will choose the cheapest means of delivery.

6. Payment
Payment is either in advance or on receipt. In the case of pre-payment, when the goods are ready for despatch we will send an invoice. When this has been paid the ordered goods will be despatched without delay. With regular customers we can have an agreement whereby an invoice follows delivery. The goods remain our property until the whole invoiced amount has been paid. If payment is not made despite reminders, legal steps will be taken.
The place of jurisdiction for both parties is Heidenheim.

7. Right to return
The customer has the right to return the goods in perfect condition within 14 days. A pre-condition in the case of swords, however, is that they must not have been used. Items made specially to order may not be returned.

8. Complaints
Complaints must be made in writing within 8 days. If goods arrive damaged a written report must be immediately sent to the deliverer (copy to us), who must confirm receipt of the complaint. Our agrreement is required before goods are returned; no liability is accepted for the return transport.

9. Weapons certificate
Sharply ground swords are actually not necessary. If a sword must really be sharp we must be given an attested copy of a weapons certificate. Proof of age must be provided before sharply-ground blades are supplied.

10. Special items
Special items are made only after receipt of a written order.

11. Part payment
In the case of larger orders we may ask you to agree to making part-payment as the work progresses.
